What I love about working with Jill is that she seems to be able to "hear" what my body is saying. If some part of me seems to be out of alignment or is stiff or tight, she can see that right away. Jill has a very innate ability for being able to "read" my body and she uses that information to communicate with my musculature to find out exactly what areas need work. I leave every session feeling free to move without pain and with my posture being almost perfect! Thanks Jill!

It was a relief during a long and sometimes difficult labor to remember and utilize the breathing and relaxation techniques that Jill and I worked on during my entire pregnancy. Jill is a fabulous instructor and coach. I have always been active in team sports but this is my first exposure to Pilates. It has been a fantastic experience for me. Jill is encouraging, supportive, and enthusiastic. She creates variety in the workout and challenges me to improve. The one-on-one attention is great—she adjusts each session/workout to what I need at that point in time (depending on stress, injuries, etc.). I have had rheumatoid arthritis for twenty years and while she challenges me she always practices safety first. I highly recommend Jill to anyone who is interested in Pilates as a workout to improve both their mental and physical well-being. Her energy is contagious.

I think the thing that stands out most about Jill’s teaching is her whole being approach to Pilates. It’s a great gift she gives to her clients. I always feel better all around after a session with Jill – stronger both inside and out.
